H. Robert Rhoden (Bob) is a transformational leader, respected mentor, skilled conflict manager, and trusted visionary who has served the Assemblies of God for more than 59 years. Bob is the founding pastor of West End Assembly of God in Richmond, Virginia — a church that experienced steady growth, mothered five other churches across the region, and built eighteen churches overseas. He is also the author of two books, Four Faces of a Leader and From Restless To Reconciled.
